Offer adapted to visitors with reduced mobility

Reduced rate for the guided tour for the disabled person and his or her companion, upon presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for the French public), or organization certificate (groups).

Access to the Maison des megalithes is free (reception area and introduction to the visit). Some sites of the Alignments are open to free visits from October to March.

Lecture tours for individuals (1h)

• Special public rate: 6 €.
• The tour is accessible according to the vegetal soil.
• Please ask at the reception desk about the adaptation of the tour.
• Tickets must be purchased at the Maison des megalithes at least 30 minutes before the start of the visit.

Groups on reservation (proof to be provided) up to 20 people maximum

• Visit-conference (1h) : 40€.
• Educational workshop (2h30): 60 €.

Devices to assist the visit

• Loan of manual chair and cane-seats to be requested at the reception desk.
• Reception areas: interactive multimedia devices (introduction to the visit) and video room (10-minute film presenting the site) accessible.
• Accessibility area Carnac for all: tactile models (aligned menhirs, Kermario dolmen, Manio mound) and multimedia terminal (introduction to the visit) accessible.
• Terrace of the Maison des Mégalithes: orientation table accessible by elevator (reserved for people with reduced mobility).

• Rest benches outside the Maison des Mégalithes.
• Assistance dogs are allowed in the Maison des Mégalithes and in the Alignments of Carnac.
• The House of Megaliths is on one level.
• The paths of circulation in the Alignments are not equipped.
• It is recommended to come accompanied (safety and comfort of visit).
• Closed shoes and seasonal clothing are recommended for the outdoor visit in the alignments.
• Toilets available in the parking lot.
• Toilets available in the House of Megaliths (open in July and August).

Parking

Parking is free for visitors holding a GIG or GIC badge or a "European parking card".

Maison des Mégalithes (reception building)

• Two parking spaces are reserved 50 meters from the entrance of the reception building.
• The building is on the same level as the reception building and is accessible to visitors in wheelchairs.

Alignment of Kermario

• Two parking spaces are reserved.
• From the parking lot, a path adapted to wheelchair users over 120 meters.

Alignments of Ménec

• Two parking spaces are reserved (route du Hahon, accessible to people in wheelchairs).
• From the parking lot, a path is accessible to people in wheelchairs to the village of Ménec.
